Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears Sues On Child Sexual Abuse

Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are both sued on child sexual abuse. A lawsuit is filed against both of them in Los Angeles Court .

According to the petition , both of the comedians Tiffany Haddish and  Aries Spears abused a pair of their siblings. The comedians assaulted John Doe and Jane Doe, the siblings. That lawsuit is first uncovered by ‘The Daily Beast’ on Tuesday. The age of these children are 7 years and 14 years respectively.

Details about the molestation charge against Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears :

The filed lawsuit told in its statement that, both the comedian Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears , groomed and molested the plaintiffs. Not only that, the comedians how ever shoot video of that incident.

But the lawyer of Tiffany Haddish, Andrew Brettler totally denied that statement by saying this is totally myth. Where as the Attorney of Aries Spears also did not agree in that statement, by saying ‘He is not going to fall for any shakedown’.

During that time, the mother of Plaintiff’s told that all the charges are totally bogus and meritless. She said that everything will be clear and Ms. Haddish not to be shaken down.

Details about the Incident that present in the lawsuit :

As per the lawsuit, it contains two different incidents. The incident contains two different siblings at two  different time.

First incident contains, the incident regarding Jane Doe who molested in 2013. At that time the comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears encouraged 14 year old Jane Doe to mimic the motions of a funny performance.

Second incident includes the molestation of 7 year old John Doe that time and that incident happened in 2014. That time both the comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears was allegedly stripped the underwear of 7 year child John Doe and asked him to do another skit along with them. They also filmed the skit.

Reaction of the two children after the Lawsuit :

John Doe told to the Daily Beast that, he tried to refuse the adults not to do these nasty things and not to record these things. He told that , that time he could not believe any adults . After that incident John Doe spent all the time inside the room and felt depressed.

Not only that, Haddish regularly visited to their house and also she took John Doe to Spears home and their also same things happened .

The video which was filmed by the comedians , uploaded to the website ‘ Funny or Die’ in the year 2014. And that video was not even deleted till 2021. But Funny or Die told that , after founding that video they deleted that. The website also said that, that video was uploaded through user generated content and removed after finding the same in their site in the year 2018.

The filmed skit named as ‘Through a Prdophiles Eyes’ . Filmed video also contained some bad manners and the sounds of moaning, sexual noises, that was so irritating.

John Doe mother asked spears for that skit footage. But he told that he had deleted that. Another thing mentioned in the lawsuit that mother of both the child also tried to settle this issue by  giving some amount of money but this was failed.

Now the Children John Doe and Jane Doe both in their lawsuit claimed  some reward that to be determined by the court during trial for their ‘Past, present and future general damages’ done by both tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears
